"Delivery took way too long"
My order was late again, and the updates were super unclear. I tried asking what was going on, but I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, which just made it more frustrating. At this point, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

"Couldn’t Find What I Needed"
I went in ready to buy a few things, but there just wasn’t much in stock. I kept checking different sections, thinking maybe I’d missed something, but nope, the stuff I needed was unavailable. Kind of frustrating because I had planned to get it all done that day, and then I left empty-handed

"Not really worth the money for me"
I felt a bit let down after buying from metalife.co.nz. For the price, I was expecting it to feel a lot more premium, but it just didn’t really give me that impression when it arrived.
It wasn’t awful or anything, but I did find myself questioning the quality a bit compared with similar things I’ve bought elsewhere for less. I don’t think I’d rush to buy again unless the pricing came down or the product felt more worth it.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, i do feel like it’s helping. It wasn’t instant or anything, but after giving it some time, I started feeling better overall. Happy with it so far 😊

At first the website looked decent, but once I actually tried using it on my phone, it got frustrating quickly. A few pages took longer than I expected to load, and I felt like I had to tap through too many things just to find basic info.
The menu also felt cluttered, and I kept losing track of where I was on the site. Maybe it’s better on a computer, but if the mobile experience doesn’t improve, I’ll probably just go somewhere else next time. 2 stars...

"Packaging was disappointing"
I ordered from metalife.co.nz the actual stuff was fine, so no drama there. But the packaging was a bit of a joke — the box turned up crushed and didn’t feel secure at all, like someone had just chucked it together without thinking.
Nothing was completely broken, thankfully, but for what I paid, I expected it to arrive looking a lot better. It just felt rushed, sloppy, and kind of amateur, which was disappointing.

I don't know, maybe I missed something, but I couldn't really find enough info to feel sure about it. Because of that, I just didn't trust it and ended up backing off

"Recent experience with customer service was really frustrating"
I recently had to contact Metalife customer service about an order, it left a bad impression on me.
The replies were slow, and when they finally did get back to me, it felt like they hadn’t really read my message. I kept having to repeat the same details, which got frustrating quickly.
Maybe they’re not always like this, but based on this latest experience, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again. It just felt like way more hassle than it needed to be.

I waited way too long for my order to arrive, and it was really frustrating. I get that delays happen, but this took ages with no real reassurance, and it’s made me lose trust in ordering from them again.

I tried to pay twice and the site just kept glitching like it was my problem. I had no idea if my order even went through, so I had to waste time checking my bank myself. they need to fix their payment system because this was a really annoying experience...
